House Rules
Omah Martimbang

These House Rules are practical instructions for using Omah Martimbang before, during, and after an event.
They apply to all Clients, guests, family members, committees, vendors, suppliers, and representatives attending or working at Omah Martimbang.
Please read these House Rules together with the confirmed invoice, receipt, applicable Catalogue / Price List, Terms & Conditions, Vendor Terms & Conditions where applicable, and any written approval issued by Omah Martimbang.
Failure to comply may result in additional charges or other action under the Terms & Conditions.
A. Before the Event
1. Confirmed Schedule
Access to the Venue is only allowed during the approved time allocation confirmed by Omah Martimbang.
This schedule may include:
- Loading-In time
- Event Time
- Loading-Out time
- Vendor access time
- Room access
- Parking arrangement
- Approved additional hours, if any
Please ensure that Clients, guests, and vendors enter and use the Venue only during the approved time allocation.
Early access is not guaranteed unless approved by Omah Martimbang.
2. Guest Capacity
Please manage guest arrivals so the Venue remains comfortable, safe, and suitable for the confirmed event layout.
Please follow the approved occupancy and avoid overcrowding any room, staircase, entrance, or outdoor area.
If the Venue feels too crowded during the event, Omah Martimbang may ask the Client, family, committee, or vendors to help manage guest flow.
3. External Vendors
External vendors must work neatly, safely, and respectfully while inside the Venue.
Please ensure vendors:
- Arrive only during the approved vendor access time
- Follow staff directions
- Use only approved areas
- Keep equipment organised
- Avoid blocking walkways, exits, doors, stairs, or parking access
- Keep noise within reasonable limits
- Remove their own equipment and waste after the event
- Leave their work area clean
4. Decorations
All decorations must be safe, removable, and suitable for the Venue.
The following are not allowed without approval from Omah Martimbang:
- Drilling
- Nailing
- Screwing
- Painting
- Strong adhesive
- Double-sided foam tape
- Fabric tape
- Glue that leaves residue
- Attaching items to walls, floors, ceilings, pillars, furniture, or fixtures
- Decorations that touch chandeliers, lights, electrical systems, or ceilings
- Open flames
- Fireworks
- Confetti
- Glitter
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable materials
Please use removable decoration materials that do not leave stains, scratches, holes, or residue.
5. Electricity and Equipment
Please inform Omah Martimbang in advance before bringing high-power equipment.
This includes:
- Lighting
- Sound systems
- LED screens
- Coffee machines
- Induction cookers
- Food warmers
- Cooking equipment
- Production equipment
- Air conditioning units brought from outside
- Generators
- Any other high-wattage electrical equipment
Unsafe, unstable, overloaded, or unapproved electrical equipment may not be used.
Please keep cables, extensions, and electrical equipment tidy and away from wet areas, walkways, stairs, and guest seating where possible.
6. Parking Arrangement
Parking availability follows the confirmed package and event arrangement.
Inside Venue parking, including basement and front-of-house parking, is prioritised for the event owner, family members who stay from beginning to end, and team members who remain throughout the event.
Please inform Omah Martimbang in advance of the vehicle plate numbers that need inside parking access.
Only registered vehicles will be allowed to park inside, depending on availability and staff direction.
Outside parking, including the SPBU field or other designated external parking area, is subject to a parking fee of Rp10.000 per vehicle.
Omah Martimbang will first pay this parking fee for operational convenience. The amount will then be deducted from the Refundable Deposit in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
Please inform guests and vendors regarding:
- Inside Venue parking
- Outside Venue parking
- Paid parking arrangement
- Vendor vehicle parking
- Drop-off location
- Loading and unloading access
Please ensure vehicles follow staff parking directions and use the approved parking areas.
Please do not block neighbouring driveways, public roads, emergency access, venue entrances, or loading access.
B. During the Event
7. Venue Areas
Clients and guests may only use the areas included in their selected package, invoice, or receipt.
Areas may include:
- Main Room
- Lounge
- Terrace
- Extension Room
- Family Room
- Make-Up Room
- Basement
- Back Kitchen
- Toilet areas
Private, staff-only, storage, maintenance, or restricted areas may not be accessed without permission.
8. Air Conditioning and Facilities
Air conditioning usage follows the selected package and confirmed schedule.
For the Main Room, air conditioning will be turned on 2 hours before the Event Time stated in the receipt and turned off 15 minutes after the Event Time ends.
For the Extension Room / Make-Up Room, air conditioning will be turned on 1 hour before make-up time begins and turned off after the Loading-Out period ends.
Omah Martimbang staff will operate the air conditioning and Venue facilities.
Guests, Clients, and vendors may not:
- Adjust AC settings without permission
- Turn AC units on or off
- Move standing AC units
- Modify electrical panels
- Move venue furniture without approval
- Remove equipment from the Venue
- Use facilities outside their intended purpose
If assistance is required, please contact an Omah Martimbang staff member.
9. Guest Conduct
All guests must behave respectfully and responsibly.
Please treat the Venue as you would your own home.
The following are not allowed:
- Aggressive or violent behaviour
- Illegal activity
- Gambling
- Illegal drugs
- Illegal weapons
- Harassment
- Fighting
- Property damage
- Unsafe behaviour
- Disrupting staff, neighbours, or other guests
- Refusing reasonable instructions from Omah Martimbang staff
Omah Martimbang may refuse entry, restrict access, or remove any person who creates a safety risk or disturbs the event.
10. Children and Elderly Guests
Children must be supervised by parents, guardians, or responsible adults at all times.
Please also assist elderly guests and guests who require special assistance.
Please take extra care around:
- Stairs
- Wet floors
- Parking areas
- Electrical equipment
- Decoration structures
- Catering areas
- Hot food and beverages
Please report any issue or damage to Omah Martimbang staff as soon as possible.
The Client remains responsible for any damage caused by children in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
11. Smoking
Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
Allowed smoking areas are:
- Lounge / semi-outdoor area
- In front of the front gate
- In front of the basement
Smoking is not allowed in:
- Main Room
- Extension Room
- Family Room
- Make-Up Room
- Toilets
- Kitchen areas
- Any indoor area
- Any area marked as non-smoking
12. Noise and Neighbourhood Respect
Omah Martimbang is located in a residential area.
Clients, guests, vendors, and entertainers must respect the surrounding neighbourhood.
Music, announcements, entertainment, loading activity, and guest behaviour must remain within reasonable limits.
After 19:00, sound must be reduced to approximately 50% of the volume level used during the event.
The on-site Omah Martimbang PIC may request adjustments where necessary to maintain a reasonable sound level.
Omah Martimbang may request that the Client or vendor:
- Reduce sound volume
- Stop loud entertainment
- Adjust speaker placement
- Stop activities that disturb the neighbourhood
- Control guest behaviour
- End an activity that creates a disturbance
13. Catering and Food
Catering vendors must use the designated catering or preparation areas approved by Omah Martimbang.
Please ensure catering vendors manage:
- Food preparation
- Food hygiene
- Food safety
- Food waste
- Serving equipment
- Gas, electrical, and cooking equipment
- Removing catering equipment
- Cleaning their work area
Please ensure catering vendors do not leave food waste, cooking oil, equipment, packaging, or rubbish behind.
14. Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverages with an alcohol content exceeding 5% are prohibited at the Venue unless expressly approved in writing by Omah Martimbang.
Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed directly from bottles.
If permitted alcohol is served, it must be poured into glasses or cups provided by the Client or vendor.
Omah Martimbang does not provide alcohol glasses, cups, or alcohol service equipment.
Failure to comply may result in action under the Terms & Conditions.
C. After the Event
15. Loading-Out
All guests, vendors, decorations, equipment, and event materials must leave the Venue within the confirmed Loading-Out period.
This includes:
- Decoration structures
- Flowers
- Signage
- Photography equipment
- Sound equipment
- Catering equipment
- Food waste
- Vendor tools
- Rental furniture
- Personal belongings
- Event materials
Late Loading-Out is not permitted unless approved by Omah Martimbang.
Additional charges may apply in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
16. Cleaning and Waste
The Venue should be returned in a reasonable and clean condition.
Please ensure that:
- All rubbish is collected
- Food waste is removed
- Decoration materials are removed
- Catering waste is removed
- Vendor equipment is removed
- Spills are cleaned where possible
- No items are left behind
Large-volume vendor waste should be taken away by the relevant vendor.
17. Damage and Missing Items
Please take reasonable care of the Venue and its facilities.
This includes:
- Floors
- Walls
- Ceilings
- Furniture
- AC units
- Electrical systems
- Toilets
- Kitchen areas
- Venue equipment
- Decorations owned by Omah Martimbang
- Parking areas
- Plants and landscaping
Please inform Omah Martimbang staff as soon as possible if anything is damaged, broken, stained, missing, or not working properly.
Additional charges may apply in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
18. Lost and Found
Please check all personal belongings before leaving the Venue.
Any item left behind may be kept temporarily by Omah Martimbang.
Please contact Omah Martimbang as soon as possible regarding lost items.
Items not collected within a reasonable period may be donated, disposed of, or otherwise handled by Omah Martimbang.
